By creating an account or using Trade Log, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

What Trade Log is

Trade Log is a trading journal and study app. It helps you record and review your own trades and study trading concepts. It does not sell trade signals, alerts, advice or results, and it does not trade for you.

Not financial advice

Nothing in Trade Log is financial, investment or trading advice, including anything written by AI features or shared by other users. Trading futures and other markets carries substantial risk of loss. You are responsible for your own trading decisions.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Give a real email address so you can reset your password.

Your content

• What you put in Trade Log stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to you, and to the people you choose to share it with.
• Results you journal are self-reported and are not verified by a broker unless marked "Broker-imported."
• Only share what you have the right to share. Don't upload other people's paid or copyrighted material.

Fair use

Don't use Trade Log to harass people, send spam, mislead others about trading results, sell signals or advice, break the law, or try to break or overload the app. We can remove content or close accounts that do.

AI features

AI answers can be wrong. Check anything important yourself. If you use your own AI key, that company's terms also apply.

Paid plans and refunds

Trade Log is free right now. If paid plans are added, prices, billing and the refund policy will be shown here and at checkout before you pay.

Availability

We work to keep Trade Log running, but it is provided "as is," without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own backups (Settings → Your data → Download backup).

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Trade Log and its developer are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages from using the app.

Ending your account

You can stop using Trade Log at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will also be shown in the app.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, USA.
